Supacaz
Multi-market ecommerce operations
Starting point
The international commerce environment includes several storefronts serving different audiences and markets, including B2B, EU B2B, B2C, EU B2C and a dealer portal.
Delivery
My responsibilities have included the ongoing development and operation of multiple stores and a WooCommerce-to-Shopify migration. The work also covers integrations, catalog and order quality, performance, analytics, reporting and release testing.
Outcome
The multi-channel commerce environment can be developed and maintained systematically for different customer groups and markets. More consistent workflows support trading, data quality and day-to-day operations.

An ecommerce and content platform built from the ground up
Starting point
The business needed its own ecommerce store and a more flexible home for its blog content, products and customer communication.
Delivery
I built the WooCommerce store from the ground up and migrated the blog from Blogger to WordPress. The work also includes ongoing development, newsletters, analytics, automated reporting and a business dashboard.
Outcome
The store and blog form a connected platform that the business can manage directly. Sales, content and key metrics can be developed through one practical operating model.

Ecommerce and digital course delivery
Starting point
The existing WordPress site needed ecommerce functionality and a reliable way to sell and deliver digital course content to customers.
Delivery
I added a WooCommerce store and course platform to the existing site and implemented related technical, structural and user-experience improvements. I did not build the original website.
Outcome
Coaching programs and digital products can be sold through the existing site, with customers receiving clear access to their purchased course content within the same platform.
